New <jbjf-parameter> called <plugin-database> that would be the global database plugin to use. This would reduce the amount of <resource> elements needed on SQL/Database <task> elements. But how do we indicate to use the global on any one <task> versus other <task> elements that wish to use a specific database plugin.</task></task></task></resource></plugin-database></jbjf-parameter>

This will be controlled with a default="true|false" attribute on the <connections>.<database> element.</database></connections>

This will be controlled using a default="true|false" attribute on the <plugin-definition> element.</plugin-definition>

The JBJF startup/initialization will ensure that only one database plugin has the default attribute set to true.
