Please report the context where you supply the URL. In
general, 'test.xsd' is not a valid URL, it may only be used
as a relative URL for example in includes or imports. The
syntax of a file URL is
'file://localhost:/home/...../test.xsd'. In case that you
want to use the schema compiler the supplied Ant task might
be more convenient.
