#178 Background execution + Web Server enhancements

Quick Overview:

I currently have Jbidwatcher running a headless linux
box which I access from my PC running exceed via ssh
with x11 forwarding enabled. This allows the
jbidwatcher to display on my PC while running on my
linux box. The PC has to be turned off every night,
wife orders. While the linux box in the basement runs
all the time.

1. I would like to run jbid watcher without X windows
in the background on my linux box. This would jbid
watcher to continue to snipe. The web server would
remain active allowing uses to see the status of auctions.

2. Continuing with this thought it would be nice to
have more control via the web interface instead of just
status info.

Add auctions, control snipe values.... etc...

I'm less willing to make JBidwatcher headless, in general. More control is a good thing, and I'll be finding ways to make that available.
