When I click on executable in the jazz folder on windows vista it says: "unable to find config vile, please set environment variable JAZZ to the installation directory".
Open up System properties (press Win+Break), go to the Advanced tab, click Environment Variables. Create a new one called JAZZ, and set the value to the installation directory (e.g. C:\Program Files\Jazz++\conf ). Worked for me in XP :)

Alternatively, you could move the .exe file into the /conf directory.
