#62 Blank page received if IMAP not in PHP

A few JAWmail users have discovered if they try to run
JAWmail using a PHP module WITHOUT IMAP support
configured, they will receive a BLANK page when they
try to login.

If at all possible, a "Required IMAP support not
configured in PHP environment. JAWmail will not
function" message should be returned instead of a blank
page.

Actually, the installation shouldn't be possible at all (it should fail on the
