#1 exception in main thread

I had the Java HMO running for vers. 1.1 on my win98
machine. tried to upgrade java & HMO and now receive
the following error when I try to run the Java HMO
config.

Exception in thread "main"
java.lang.noClassDefFoundError:
org/inicholls/javahmo/server/server

I've done some research to try to resolve. Any help
would be greatly appreciated. In return, I can post
even more detailed information for novices such as
myself on installing the Java HMO on a win98 machine.
Updated java and now run version 1.4.2_05-b04
according to a query from DOS.

I am having the same problem as well. I also get errors on
install. I get an error that it cannot start tivo beacon. Am I
supposed to have ver 1.0 or 1.1 for tivo beacon?
