#111 Add Plugin to get pictures from Flickr.com using their API

Flickr.com is a really cool picture sharing web site.
It is free to use and has some really excellent
picture sharing features (including RSS feeds, groups).

They also have an API (see
(<http://www.flickr.com/services/api/>).

When I tried the RSS feeds with JavaHMO, it seems that
the JavaHMO does not show the embedded pictures.

It would be really nice if there was a JavaHMO plugin
which would access the Flickr API so I could show my
Flickr pictures (and Flickr Groups and Contacts) on my
TiVo. (e.g. this could allow people to see pictures
posted by their families automatically, and could make
your TiVo a family picture sharing box).
