#67 Broken desktop image

The desktop image feature only works when the entire
desktop is totally obscured by one or more windows. If
even part of the desktop is visible, the TiVo displays
the "broken image" graphic. The odd thing is that the
thumbnail view of the desktop works in all cases, both
obscured and unobscured. The behavior is repeatable.
(That is until TiVo reboots) It should be noted that
the "allow service to interact with desktop" checkbox is
checked during testing. Unchecking this box obviously
makes the feature not work at all.
