#20 File permissions

Files that javaHMO creates give global read write
permissions. java.io.FilePermissions does not allow
changing owner, group, and global permissions
individually. Perhaps there is another function that
allows setting these individually. I know this to be a
problem on Unix type machines, and suspect that this is
a problem on windows machines with NTFS.
