#145 Organize cache refresh

The organizer cache doesn't appear to be refreshing
itself. I have it set
to 24 hours, and it doesn't rebuild the list after 24
hours has passed from
the last start of the service. I assume it is supposed
to completely rebuild
the organizer cache and save the cache file during
every reload period. The
only way I can refresh my list is to delete the cache
file and restart the
service.
