#119 Some Genres dont show in 2.0

In 1.2 all the various genres showed up in the by Genre
list on the audio organizer. In 2.0 only the standard
genres show up.All the v3 genres dont show. In media
player you can add genre info to songs. So I use my
own like 80's Rock and Christian Rock ect
In 2.0 the custom ones dont show but it seems to use
the v2 tag info becaus e the songs appear in the other
or unknown genre...
