#1 Add an in-game help page
A help page should be toggled by F1 during game play. The help page should display all Mouse and Key commands available (ie: it needs to be complete and up to date for each release.)
When triggered, the game should immediately pause execution, and should remain paused when the help page is exited. That will help any users who want to find the Pause key.

Maybe an extra setting should be added, to indicate if the help page should resume immediately on exit? Or will users use the help page so rarely that no one will care?
