#32 Console window changed

Hello,

JCurses does not resize the displayed Elements if the console change its size.

Environment:
Clientside: Windows 7 + Putty 0.60
Serverside: Suse Linux 11SP3 + IBM Java 1.7

After debugging a little bit, there seems no "Window Change Listener" implemented to capture the change of display size.

Hope, this feature can be implemented, cause without, it can not be used in "non private" environments
