I have been thinking about our release files when we get to that point.  I feel we should release a single file with the Web App war file.. and 3 jar files..  Jar files for applet, application and web start app.   In this way someone may download it and choose to use any of the 4.   We can still post the latest applet and webstart app on our project web site each time we do a release.
