Yes you are absolutely correct, I had been intending to fix this, may require a support request, I'll try in a few minutes.  Anyway on some of the other projects I had been putting something similar to the following-

 at the top of every source file.  We are just getting started and I have not got around to it on this project yet. If anyone wants to get this modification done for me, feel free. Otherwise I'll get to it in a few days.

The project details page lists Other/Proprietary License not CPL. You should update this and distribute the license with the code. I'm surprised developers would commit code without having the license clear.

There are different versions of Saxon - the one of sourceforge has an open source Mozilla license. Xalan has an open source Apache license. What do you consider "shareware"

You are hosting your project on sourceforge - what is the intended license for this project - the code doesn't seem to contain a license currently.
