[Java-gnome-developer] Problems with Multithreading

I ran into problems when I tried to use JavaGTK with a multithreaded 
Application. Gnome is complaining about a
buggy Application (starting bug-buddy) or the Xlib is complaining about 
async request. It seems to the a
problem with the Gtk main lock. I attached a sample application.
Any ideas?
