Bleh. Im having the same problem. 

There must be an extra parameter for : 

./encrypt.sh input=mydatatoencrypt password=mypassword verbose=true
algorithm=PBEWithMD5AndDES keyObtentionIterations=16
saltGeneratorClassName=org.jasypt.salt.FixedByteArraySaltGenerator

Which gives a :

----ERROR-----------------------

Operation not possible (Bad input or parameters)



DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHAT THIS PARAMETER IS? I have tried SALT='1234', etc. But
nothing. 

HELP PLS!
