#15 HTML Exporter ouputs nulls and invalid links

When exporting the report contents with HTML format the result contains the string 'null">' before each outputed label.

Sometimes an error about 'target' attribute is thrown.

    There was a problem with FacesHyperlinkProducer. As a quick fix (just for beta 3) it has been disabled and will be investigated in future implementations.
