Youtube videos starts directly and caches after start pls add :)

First thanks for your suggestion. I didn't understand quite well what you mean, can you give me a more precise example?
Iam no flash expert and I dont know if it is possible -_-
But "normal" buffering is: Video preloads, then it starts after buffering is finished.
could it be changed to: Start video and buffer while playing? (Like youtube)
