If the self-extractor detects that an application has already been installed, the extractor will run in an "already installed" state with the option to "just launch", where it attempts to run the application automatically in the future. If the files have not set an application to be run, however, this option is of no use and can be confusing since no window will appear.

The "just launch" button should be disabled if no run command has been set. The "already installed" state could still be useful though to show that where the files have been extracted. It may be worth adding another option though to re-install the files to the location.

Fixed to disallow entering the already-installed state if no application launch command is supplied.
