Summary: auto-add newline to help header and footer

Initial Comment:
The help header and footer are defined as properties. When the property values are defined without trailing \n, the output format gets distorted. Defining the properties with trailing \n is non-intuitive. Therefore, if a help header or footer is non-empty and does not end with \n, \n should be appended automatically.
