[Japi-devel] License changes

Hello dear co-developers,


for all except finance I plan to change the license from GPL to LGPL.
Please comment on this within the next 8 weeks, stating your agreement or=20
disagreement.
Please note that of course I can't and won't change the license without eve=
ry=20
single contributor's agreement.

In particular I need to agree:
z0ra for her contributions to libs-swing-action
zergus and Ragnor for their various contributions to various JAPI libraries.

The reason why I want to change the license is to allow JAPI libraries to b=
e=20
used by commercial applications without license implications.

This shall replace the "gentleman's agreement" that currently zergus and I =
use=20
for commercial use of JAPI.
