When including command line options from @arg files, quotation marks are silently removed.
This either needs to be documented, or it needs to be changed.

Fixed in revision 609.
Argument files now behave regarding ', " and \ like bash.
That means " are removed and need to be escaped with \ or enclosed with
''.
