A nice taglet would be a @history taglet.

Synopsis:
@history ISODate Author Comment
Example:
@history 2007-08-20 cher Implemented @history taglet.
Purpose:
Document source history

Additional requirements:
* It should be possible to toggle whether or not to include @history output in the generated documentation.
* There should be a small tool / doclet which extracts @history information from the source code into a CHANGES.txt file.
