After I edit a test script, I like to see my changes immediately.
Provide some easily-accessible way to refresh the test script and regenerate its documentation in the UI.
This could be one or more of: button on UI saying "Refresh" or "Reload", context-sensitive menu (right-click) with "Refresh" or "Reload", or some other commonly-used gesture that folks would guess at and would find easy to remember or re-remember.

For now, you can just select another script and then reselect the original script. In the meantime, I will try to have the Jameleon UI monitor the file system every time it becomes reactivated.
