#56 energy calibration of histograms not working

In v.18 [offline sorting], the energy calibration of more than one histogram doesn't work.

If you:

• load a sort routine
• start sorting
• wait until sort finishes

• energy calibrate one histogram: that seems to work

• if you subsequently try to select any other spectrum on the left-hand side menu,
  jam crashes in the sense that it will not display any other histogram

seems a strange bug related to the energy calibration

I'm going to need a more precise description of how this bug is reproduced. I just

1. used help.sortfiles.CI as the sort routine, with YaleInputStream as the event type
2. sorted sampledata/example.evn
3. Calibrated the first two histograms using linear coefficients.

Everything worked fine in this case.
