#1 new network controler drivers

Support for the following drivers has been requested in :

- 3com Etherlink 3 PCI (3C590)
- Etherlink 10/100 (3CR990)

Also, support for low-cost Realtek cards (no precise
ref given) has
also been requested.

In general, Jaluna supports too few network
controllers, making it uneasy for new adopters to start
up on existing hardware; as well as
building a Jaluna-compatible system.
