#19 update info to update-list

I wonder if the updates could include (as appropriate) the URL from which
the update is being pulled. This might help those looking for source lists
on their own. Or vendors, wondering where their data is being pulled from
on their sites. Or me, as I try to compose Call for Participation letters!

If we get to the point with some vendors where they are sending their info
directly to jake, the info could be phrased generically. Data from: direct
load. or something like that.

the url where the update gets pulled from is saved in the database_url table in the database
do you need me to make a page that tells what url(s) our data comes from for a particular database?

or do you want the update url displayed when you search for a particular database?
