I'm not quite sure how we want to distinguish or name this list.
Perhaps
CIS=provider
Lexis-Nexis=database
except that this list is everything that CIS *can* provide, and only bits and pieces of it are in any one of the products. (I think.)
Well, I sort of have some source lists for Lexis-Nexis. LN doesn't
separate out which sources are available when you buy what subscription,
so this is everything in LN, some of which might not be available in
different "incarnations".

Note: click submit without any typing in the form, and you get the 24,000+
source list. Go one level further on any particular title, and you get
coverage, frequency, format, publisher, etc...
This is different than the other CIS/LN bug, but maybe could be worked on at same time
