If you agree with that, I would propose to use a cumulative voting system(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cumulative_voting) using 100 points t= o be shared between the 3 choices. For exemple: 10 for v2, 60 for v3 and 30 for v4. The winner is the highest score... I figured out that we have not yet defined such voting process (choice of one between n), would you all agree using this method for these cases or any other proposals ?
