[Jaimbot-users] delay on first transaction in a long time

I've found that if I haven't talked to my Jaimbot in a long time (>30 
minutes or so), it takes a long time (as much as 20 seconds) for it to 
'wake up' and respond. Is this normal? After that first "wake up", 
responses are fast (2-3 seconds).
