Mapping Filter performance enhancements. Now the MappingFilter performs a more efficient pass by doing a direct string comparison for non regex resultGraphRules. And RegEx comparison for only RegEx rules.

Applied the staticParameters in the setUpBaseParams of the FinderComboBox. The combobox has a onKeyUp handler that calls the initQuery bypassing staticBaseParameters. We want to make sure that the staticParams are applied even then.
