Changes to make date picker compatible with 't' and 'n' dates.

In the startEditing method I added an afterrender listener unrendered comboboxes to call setValue so that the displayValue is shown after initial render

Date criteria fields now support the 'Between' operator. If 'Between' is selected an additional date field appears, the two date fields represent the to and from dates for the between query.
Criteria date fields will also no longer parse out 'n' and 't' values. This allows the user to save a query where a date criteria is set as eg. '>=n-7', which will consistently return results from the last 7 days.

made the detailPanel & gridPanel's boxMinHeight overridable

Method copied from Ext forums should have been customized for Jaffa. Fixing this will stop combos from performing a double load.

Moved the staticBaseParameters functionality to the base class (FinderComboBox) rather than FinderComboGrid. The underlying service may require a mandatory parameter to be passed into the criteria. A query is called when doing auto-selection and adding aop defined staticParameters should be applied during auto-selection as well
