Commit [r5367]  Maximize  Restore  History

Initialize values defined in AOP will now be passed through to the UI in ClassMetaData. When meta data is being applied to a panel these values will be written into any mapped fields if the controller is not loaded (ie. when the panel is being rendered in create mode).
