added undefined guard around r.modified to prevent runtime error from being thrown
in the doRender() method

Checking for panel instance of Ext.Container because cascade method is not present for every component. Ex: RadioGroup

Using apply instead of applyIf, this enables staticBaseParams to override baseParams

in the GridFilters.onBeforeLoad override, I fixed an issue with the filter loop having a inner loop with the same named iterator. It was preventing all filters from being applied and causing a browser runtime error.

These files are needed for running the JaffaCore UnitTests. They should be removed once the build.xml is refactored to run UnitTests correctly
