Commit [r5349]  Maximize  Restore  History

Enhanced the clearEventLogs() method of ScheduledTaskFinderTx to delete business event logs in batches of 500 records, thus leading to better handling of situations wherein the J_BUSINESS_EVENT_LOGS is filled up with thousands and thousands of records.
