fixed populateTargetFields, the iterator was hard coded to 0

1)fixed substore if statments in getModifiedRecordData that were causing the isChanged flag to always be false
2)commented out code that marks origional model for deletion because it was causing duplicate saveGraphs to be added to saveModel
3)removed getModifiedSubStoreData call from within getModifiedGraphNode because it is handled in getModifiedRecordData call

Since finderMetaData.jsp assumes that the first targetField name value pair is the combo's valueField, I added a check to make sure the combo is not set by the populateTargetFields method so that an infinite loop is not created.
