Merge from JAFFA_5_7_RELEASE

Manually merged the recent changes from JAFFA_5_7_RELEASE branch

removed applying layout unless the layout is julian5 or password

on a successful save of a row, that single row is
re-retrieved and used to replace the current copy. This allow visibility of any
fields in that row that were programatically updated by the service.

Changed checkImpersonate to get the request object from the ContextManger. Also cleaned up debug statements to be wrappered with isdebugenabled calls.

added a listener to handle populating targetFields when the user selects a record

removed the selct listener for targetfields as it should be handled by the component rather than the controller. The logic was added to the finderCombo class

An issue was discovered when background print jobs are fired, the request object is null causing the userid be returned as null.
