Changed checkImpersonate to get the request object from the ContextManger. Also cleaned up debug statements to be wrappered with isdebugenabled calls.

added a listener to handle populating targetFields when the user selects a record

removed the selct listener for targetfields as it should be handled by the component rather than the controller. The logic was added to the finderCombo class

An issue was discovered when background print jobs are fired, the request object is null causing the userid be returned as null.

Removed all altFormats that don't have seperators except mdY (mmddyyyy) and
added 5 digit julian date(yyddd) as a valid alt format.

Modified the julian date parse function to not allow rollover for 5 digit or 3 digit
input where the day of year is greater than 366. 366 will roll over on non-leap years.

Modified the TargetFields evaluation to match fields that have a 'flexBean.' in the mapping
