bug 15459 - More and Export To Excel buttons should be initially disabled for the Integrated "In-Line" Maintenance screens. The Export To Excel button should get enabled after a Search. The More button should get enabled if there are more records than fetched on the screen.

- The excel button was given an itemId of excel. This will give the FinderContainer a handle to enable or disable the excel button.
