Fix service for export to excel

- the defaultType in Ext.create() should be xtype rather than constructor. Ext API was wrong.
- run the plugin that finds all the panels first.

Allow the modify button to be hidden if not required.

Added print() method for printing without a User Interface.

- allow editable background color to be determined on row basis
- add editable property on EditorGridPanel to turn off editable feature; a convenience for user permission toggle.
- add a red * on the column header if it is mandatory according to meta rules and editable to the user.

Close viewer if the transaction id passed in does not exist.

Changed the logging on the "DOM Bean Property Not Found :" condition from log.error to log.debug only when debug is enabled. The change is because this condition is normal when printing some forms and thus shouldn't appear in the log files as if it were an error condition.

Modified AopGenerator to not add any interceptors against FlexBean. Instead all the necessary interceptors are bound to the FlexBean class via hard-coded bindings in interceptors-aop.xml
