- added override processEvent() to allow events like group* being handled.

added guard for undefined dom object

removed the flag to determine whether or not to call syncValue() withing the replaceLinkTargets method so that a 'sync' event is fired and listened to in the Panel plugin for setting change listeners. This was preventing the save button from becoming enabled in IE7.

made some configuration enhancements:
- added the following button properties:
detailOkButton: true,
detailAddButton: true,
detailCancelButton: true
- added onCardRowDblClick and onBorderRowDblClick methods so they can be easily overriden
- changed the way the top toolbar is built

Also there were two onDetailOk handler functions I removed the bottom one because it was over-writing the top

Added pregs for MetaColumns, Panel , PanelLoadSave, GridLoadSave so they can be added to a class without using a constructor

Check grid is rendered before doing validation.
In wizard, call preload method on new panel passing in prevalidate response.
