made some configuration enhancements:
- added the following button properties:
detailOkButton: true,
detailAddButton: true,
detailCancelButton: true
- added onCardRowDblClick and onBorderRowDblClick methods so they can be easily overriden
- changed the way the top toolbar is built

Also there were two onDetailOk handler functions I removed the bottom one because it was over-writing the top

Added pregs for MetaColumns, Panel , PanelLoadSave, GridLoadSave so they can be added to a class without using a constructor

Check grid is rendered before doing validation.
In wizard, call preload method on new panel passing in prevalidate response.

Enhanced to allow the passing of a viewport in the config

Created a JAWR bundle for attachments

ensure that the required metadata has been loaded

Attached listeners to support the global refresh event

Enhanced the container to set the dirty indicator.

added synchronization between accordion and container
