As per Prudhvi, changed the getValue method's logic

Enhanced the Attachment service to provide 2 features: update & viewAttachmentData

Corrected the mapping to include the missing 'data' field

Created graph-based AttachmentService for providing CRUD operations for managing Attachments

Added support for overriding the formField's config

Added an override for setRawValue for the FinderComboBox so that when initValue is called it will bypass validation but still lookup the value using the raw value.

initialize the finder's resultPanel as disabled by default

Enhanced AttachmentComponentHelper to pass the fileName as a distinct attribute to the FileExplorerDownload servlet, so that the original fileName is used when the file is being downloaded. The FileExplorerDownload servlet was accordingly refactored to use the original fileName, if available.
