changed the change listener of a radiogroup to listen for change of its items instead of check.
The check listener was not always firing. Related to Bug #14837

The FinderGrid popup window is being overlapped by the combo element, when a finderComboGrid widget is utilized in an EditableGrid.
- Added a listener for the 'show' event of the popup window to ensure that it's z-index is not lower than the z-index of the combo element.
- Added a helper routine 'findZIndex()' to the prototype of Ext.Component in ext-extensions.js

Corrected the earlier fix to account for non-FinderForm form-beans, such as the Scheduler.TaskFinder.TaskFinderForm

reverted my previous changes

Removed onSaveSuccess call from the doLoadData method. It is sot necessary sense it is called already by the controller when you save a record.
I wrapped it in comment just incase it turns out that is is needed. I tested 5 or 6 screens and had no save and dirty issues.

Changed the initValue to call setRawValue instead of setValue to bypass validation. This was causing fields to initialized markedDirty (red lines).

Corrected the default message for the 'noChangeToSaveText' property

Added logic to controller to un-dirty all of its registered panels when it detects no changes.
Added an override for the setDirty method in GridLoadSave that calls it's stores rejectChanges so that when the grid is un-dirtied it will remove the dirty marks (red triangles).
