I had the issue when merging the 2 concepts (native plugin and FreeHEP), and finally since the builds where done using profiles with OS/Arch parameter the problem went away. What we have is that each execution uses a different profile generating a different output. Not elegant I know, but for the moment it works. Can you create a Jira issue to initiate a process on this?
