#19 Add gender to the SPMS profile

During the last JBoD the issue was adressed that there is no possibility to enter gender information in SPMS. To have this information would be usefull to achieve a gender balance in the scientific program.

It should be an optional field like e.g. Male, Female, Other?
Better options can be discussed.
