#25 email.one_email() duplicates [[Recipient's Name]] when Copy Administrator checked

[Todd Satogata]

When using email.one_email,

[[Recipient's Name]] (error processing macro)

,

[[Recipient's First Name]] (error processing macro)

, or

[[Recipient's Last Name]] (error processing macro)

are substituted twice in the body of the mail if Copy Administrator is checked. See attachments for an example from IPAC'15.
