I've been looking for a free product like this for a while now and was glad to come across it while Google searching. While it didn't work for me at first it didn't take long to figure out the problem with the help the of the author. JMQX is using the V7.1 jar files while my WMQ installation is very old (V6.0). I was experiencing authentication issues and while the accepted solution for V7+ is to disable (non-secure) the chlauth, mine was just to add the mcauser. alter chl('yourChannelName') chltype(SVRCONN) MCAUSER('mqm') Thanks Jack.

I just started trying JMQXplorer from yesterday and I haven’t really seen such a simple and powerful administration tool so far with a just 3MB jar and minimum connection parameters. Really appreciate the work done with Java since the UI also looks great. On the side, i have been trying IBM MQ explorer which is more than 300MB but it is too slow and not user friendly. Also tried their web based monitoring "wmq-monitoring-0.2.2" which didn't work for remote queue's.
