Hi, there is a bug in the review changes function in version 2.6, which is fixed in the current SVN version. It could be the same problem as you are observing. With this bug, after merging external changes, the program may offer to merge the same changes again because it hasn't properly marked that the externally updated file has been handled. If you want to test with the SVN version whether the fix works for you, you can freely check it out and build it. If that's simpler for you, I can build it for you and send it.
